Initial Prescription Weight Loss

Service Description

If you are interested in our prescription weight loss program then this appointment is for you. In this appointment, we will discuss your current health conditions, medications, and weight loss goals to make an informed decision about the medication that would best serve you. During this initial visit, you will get a body composition analysis, EKG, and a lipo (fat-burner) injection and spend time with our practitioner to discuss nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, setting goals, and expectations. A follow up visit is recommended every 4 weeks thereafter.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments canceled will receive a credit for services equal to the paid appointment fee. If a discount was applied to booking the discounted rate will be applicable and rebook-able without an additional fee as long the promotion paid for is still running. In the event the promotion is no longer running, you will be responsible for the remaining payment.
